Our dry Vermouth is entirely made with our own wines and herbs and our own brandy. We do not add any sugar. The wines we used are the Spätlese 2023, which is a semi dry white wine with an earthy note and the Blonde 2021, which has nice acidity and is a dry white wine.
We grow our own Vermouth and herbs in our organic garden and use them to create a subtle aroma. Enjoy our Vermouth as an aperitif over ice or with a hint of quality tonic.
